Although new to McGlone Mortgage Group, Matt began his mortgage career in April of 2012 working in the post-closing department of a local mortgage company. Within a year he transitioned to the secondary marketing department where he gained knowledge about mortgage rates, investors and the process of funding loans after they are closed. Matt worked closely with top producers, who emphasized the importance of customer service, managing client expectations and effective communication.
Matt enjoys getting to know his clients personally so that he can tailor his service to them on an individual level. He understands that purchasing a home is one of the biggest investments a person will make.
Matt is excited about this new journey in his career as it allows him to work with a dedicated group of professionals who promote a positive and caring atmosphere.
In his spare time Matt enjoys watching sports and playing golf. He’s also very passionate about supporting the American Heart Association and volunteers when he can to promote such a worthy cause.

Although new to McGlone Mortgage Group and the mortgage industry, Aaron was previously employed with Verizon Wireless where he honed his outstanding customer service skills. In 2018, Aaron was an NPS leader with the highest rating on customer surveys. His previous experience helps him provide his borrowers with excellent customer service as he strives to find the best financing options to suit their individual financial situation.
Aaron says, “I think what sets me apart from other Loan Originators is my willingness to be available to help my borrowers any way I can. I want them to be comfortable throughout the entire process from pre-qualification to closing and have the best home financing experience possible.”
Aaron has lived in Grand Rapids, MI most of his life and attended Grand Valley State University. When not originating loans, he loves to workout, run, play basketball and watch sports. He also enjoys spending his free time with family and friends.

Ken is eager to guide others through the exciting process of owning their own home. He does this by focusing on his relationships rather than numbers. By taking the time to get to know his borrower, Ken develops a deeper understanding of who they are and what they are looking for, which makes for a better result.
Ken says he’s excited to be working at McGlone Mortgage because of the amount of resources that are at his disposal. He says, “I’ve worked at other places where they made it impossible to get my loans closed, which was frustrating for not only myself, but even more so for my borrowers.
